If you need to reschedule please do so AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. If done in the allotted time frame, you will be able to reschedule through through the link sent to you via text and/or email. If the link does not allow you to change your appointment, it is considered a last minute adjustment.

Last minute cancellations or rescheduling are required to pay a $45 fee

No-Call No-Shows are not allowed to book again unless a full payment of the missed appointment has been submitted.

but I will always do my best to make sure my clients are taken cared of.
