A Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. You will receive an invoice after booking. Invoice must be paid in order to secure your appointment.
If you need to reschedule please do so AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. If done in the allotted time frame, you will be able to reschedule and your deposit will be transferred over to your next appointment. If you are unable to reschedule on time you will have to submit another deposit to secure your next appointment. Deposits can only be transferred once.
Last minute cancellations are required to pay 50% of their scheduled appointment. Deposits will go towards their payment.
No-Call No-Shows are not allowed to book again unless a full payment of the missed appointment has been submitted.
All treatments, services and products are NON-REFUNDABLE
but I will always do my best to make sure my clients are taken cared of.
